Shipping policy

At OverHead Pro, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

We deliver to customers across the world, ensuring the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We use UPS as our preferred courier. Canadian or US orders usually take between 3-5 business days (about a week in total) to arrive at their destination. It's usually less. International delivery usually takes about a week. Depending on courier operations, this can be shorter, from time to time.

Please note: Import taxes, duties and/or tariffs vary from country to country and are to be paid by the buyer. As a buyer, it's your responsibility to check with your domestic customs authority to understand these costs. OverHead Pro is not liable for these costs, nor for shipments whose duties are rejected by the buyer in the country of import.
